Tuscan bonnet conversion
This modification allows the main bonnet to open up and forward underneath the open service bonnet.
Our design also gives full access to the front headlamp service panels.
Although the hinges have been revised and improved over the years, our original ethos of keeping it factory, should it have been a modification back then, still remains.
We believe that with hydraulic lifter struts, stainless steel reinforcement plates and by fully glassing in the fixing points, our bonnet conversion is the best version there is.
Please note: This conversion is not available in kit form, we would need the car on site for 1-2 weeks.
Engine bay surfaces prepped and re-painted black
As the factory never intended for the engine bay to be seen, they were often finished in bare black gel coat. With the new conversion this area will now be on show and so re-blacking makes it look as good as new – if not better!
A/C box cover
This extends the shape of the scuttle panel over the hot and cold boxes to the wheel well and covers the plumbing now visible with the open bonnet.
Depending on your preference this can be painted black or body colour.
'S' Series high lift bonnet conversion
We have re-developed the bonnet hinges for all 'S' series cars to allow the front clam shell to open more fully without the valance hitting the floor. This system also incorporates hydraulic lifters to greatly improve access to the engine bay.
There are headlight conversions for various models and we have probably carried out most of them over the years.
The most popular ones have been :
7” Griffith upgrade
MK3 Chimaera type uprade
Please contact us for more information about any headlight conversions.
Split roofs are available for Griffith’s and Chimaera’s .
The important thing to note about this modification is that it is a completely new panel, not a modification to your existing roof. This gives you with the option of using either the split or single part roof.
We only supply the fibreglass element , so the roof would also need trimming. We have worked alongside Trim Unique and D&C Trim who both have plenty of experience completing this job.
Up until now these panels have always been trimmed inside (which is still an option) , but an upcoming development will be to have the exposed carbon fibre weave as per the factory roof panels if you prefer.
Please note : As all cars vary, for this work to be carried out we do need the car on site for 3-5 days to tailor the roof panels prior to trimming.
Any other modifications
If you have any ideas to improve you car, there is very little we haven't done. We can take your ideas, or design a bespoke solution for you, and determine the most efficient way to apply them to your car.
As ever our approach would be to carry out this work to factory standards or better.
